Strange day, first in solitude in my bungalow, I spent the morning drifting in and out of a feverish haze. After the morning session Anders stopped by around 11 o'clock to see if I needed anything, at the time that was too complecated a question and I went back to the haze.
Later I felt a lot better, got out of bed and got a chance to watch a sparring session with Anders and an aussie dude.
Watching Anders on video is a very good way to look for holes in what seems to be a flawless arsenal of weapons and defences. A perfect preparation for later ring sessions.
